Pál Rosti ordered 47 of his pictures, he took throughout his South-American journey in Venezuela, Mexico and Cuba, into four albums, which he gave as a present to the Hungarian National Gallery, to Alexander Humboldt and to his two sisters. On of these volumes is stored in the Hungarian Museum of Photography. The facsimile volume has been published in co-operation with the Rosti Pál Photo- historical Foundation.
